    As you can see, some of the March updates were "overwritten" by the April updates.

    Also.. KB5001649 was the update to "fix" the problems with printers caused by an earlier update.
    If the computer missing this update was one without an affected printer, it would not have been applicable.

    Well of course KB5001649 isn't applicable to your computer. You have a later CU for 19042.928 installed, and as that contains all the fixes from 19042.870 (and then some more) there's nothing to install. You don't have to install all previous CUs to be fully up to date - just the latest one (hence the name 'Cumulative').
