I have tried 5 times, failed every time. I ran SFC /SCANNOW with zero problems. It seems to hang at 20% for a while then goes to 44% then 100% then Failed after hanging there for a while. I am done/

Well, I have a problem. One of my computers with Release Preview, after this update, lost the internet connectivity. Device manager shows driver intact but Ethernet not connecting to anything. So I'm restoring from Macrium and will try again.

I installed using DISM 2 cab files
SSU kb5000981 (19041.903)
LCU (19041.906)
