Has anyone tried installing KB5000842 using DISM with the direct download link to get from .899 to .906? I don't want to be the guinea pig and test it myself!

Now that KB5000842 has been released for all there is a new thread for the public release of .906....
KB5000842 CU Windows 10 v2004 build 19041.906 and v20H2 19042.906
...and if you downloaded the msu from the update catalog, that's the one you would have got.
[ADDED 3/30] We fixed an issue that prevents you from specifying up to 255 columns when you use the Jet Text installable indexed sequential access method (IISAM) format.
Well I tried it and it wouldn't install with the standalone installer and I got Error code 50 when trying to use DISM to install, so it's a no-go until MS release an updated fix

How did you get to 19043.906? The problems seem to be coming from 19043.899 which has the same KB number

Well I took the plunge this morning and did an in-place upgrade with the UUP Dump ISO. Now on 19043.906 👍
Took about an hour (wasn't timing it!), but all seems good now.
Two hours to do a cumulative update - one for the ISO creation and one for the update install. Hope the nest update only takes 5 minutes!
After installing I got the Net Framework update and Experience Pack update through Windows Update, they installed without problems.

Got the CU today on my Beta (Slow) build. Not sure how long it's been available without blowing up. At 19043.906. I know, tomorrow is PT. Just wanted to check and there it was and installed.
