That's the way I keep an eye on my boot times. Count the "circling thingy".
I decided long ago that it was the most scientific method.
    Btw, I'm serious.
    Easy and reliable!

This wasn't offered to me, only MSRT and the newest microcode update. I haven't installed a cumulative update since installing the enablement package on the 15th of february, but the last preview of one got offered and the notification is still in Windows update.
    Same here on two computers...

These stalls - one thing they may be be is the malicious software removal tool doing a scan of your system (I am pretty sure it gets downloaded then a scan is initiated). This would explain the difference in this stall time - dependent on your storage device performance. This update included a MSRT update so I think this is very probably the cause.
I've got MSRT blocked and still get short stalls at 22%, and 74%. It sits at 100% for a while too.

Just finished updating. It stalled at twenty-two percent like what a lot of people have reported. But otherwise, all is fine. A small update for something that I thought would be big.

Try downloading it straight from the Microsoft website? I don't have the link. But I think that you can find one in this post.

Installed was much slower than normal at 20 mins and usually 2 mins. After reboot, PC was stuck at "Installing Updates - Do Not Turn Power Off", after 30 minutes of no progress (some disk light disk I/O could be seen) I held the power button down. After restart, it reinstalled very quickly, rebooted and updated quickly and normally. "SFC /scannow" shows a clean bill of health. Don't usually get these glitches - seems this update is a bit buggy?
