I decided to reinstall this KB after uninstalling it yesterday. Took about 30 minutes from WU check to download/install/reboot/login.

I opened a Notepad and went thru the motions of printing to my Brother printer, just short of actually killing a sheet of paper and no BSOD.

Thanks for the printer reports guys

@Brink, Known issues has been updated to include the 'BSOD with certain printers' issue.

    Microsoft said:
After installing this update, you might receive an APC_INDEX_MISMATCH error with a blue screen when attempting to print to certain printers in some apps.

We are presently investigating and will provide an update when more information is available.
Fortunately my Epson isn't one of them.

Some of the printer brands known to be impacted by this known issue include Kyocera, Ricoh, and Dymo.

    We may expect a "repair"-update soon , I guess............?
btw; another example why we should wait , a few days , before diving into the deep !

If everyone waits a few days you are just delaying the problem.

Guess I'm lucky then as I've installed this CU on both my rigs, and have no issues what so ever

Yes I did on both my rigs, but you've got to check manually for it.
