    UPDATE: 3/9: New Microsoft 365 Current Channel v2102 build 13801.20294 - March 9

    Version 2102 (Build 13801.20266)

    Feature updates

    Excel
    • Unhide many sheets at the same time: No need to unhide one sheet at a time anymore -- unhide multiple hidden sheets at once. Learn more
    • Improved Conditional Formatting dialogs: Conditional Formatting dialogs are now resizable, and now you can duplicate the rule with a single click. Learn more
    • Require users to apply sensitivity labels: Users will be prompted to apply a sensitivity label if their organization's policy requires it.

    Outlook
    • Updated Contacts list view: Contacts list now shows email addresses and updated photo and text size.
    • Break the language barrier with a built-in translator: Add-ins for translation aren't required anymore! In a message, right-click to translate specific words, phrases, or the whole message. Learn more

    PowerPoint
    • Require users to apply sensitivity labels: Users will be prompted to apply a sensitivity label if their organization's policy requires it.

    Teams
    • Presenter View when sharing a PowerPoint file: When sharing a PowerPoint file in a meeting, the presenter can now a thumbnail strip of all the slides in the deck for easy ad-hoc slide navigation.
    • Theming and icon updates: We have made updates to the default and dark theme colors and to the icon.
    • Live Event Presenter Support on iPad: You can present in a live event from your supported iPad device.
    • Poll meeting participants using Microsoft Forms: Polls for Teams meetings is an easily discoverable and seamless experience that will help you conduct more engaging and productive meetings. With Polls, which is powered by Microsoft Forms, meeting presenters can prepare, launch, and evaluate polls before, during, and after meetings, respectively, all from one place under a tab in the Teams meeting. As a meeting presenter, you can add the Forms app as a tab in the Teams meeting, then create, launch, and evaluate your polls from one place. Create polls to be launched during the meeting even before the meeting begins. Then, after the meeting, you can choose to evaluate responses in the tab, an exported Excel workbook, or on the web in the Forms app. Presenters have a variety of controls, like enabling anonymous responses, closing polls, and exporting results to Excel. Attendees from any endpoint (mobile, web, desktop) can view and answer polls as they appear on the meeting screen or in the meeting chat, as well as see non-anonymous poll results in real time.
    • Meeting reactions: Meeting reactions are a new way to interact in meetings. Participants can send reactions and they'll be shown as a stream on content that is shared, and on the individual who sent the reaction if they're displayed on the meeting stage.
    • History Menu for desktop client: The History Menu in Teams desktop client lets you easily get back to recently visited locations. Simply hover over the forward or backward navigation options in the desktop client and select the location. A keyboard shortcut is also available to open the menu.
    • Cortana in Microsoft Teams Rooms for US: Cortana voice assistance in Microsoft Teams Rooms lets you have a touchless experience for calling a number from your conference room, joining or ending a meeting, or adding a number to a meeting.
    • Masking phone numbers: We released a new admin setting for masking phone numbers for dial-in participants when they join a meeting. Admins can choose to mask phone numbers from everyone in the meeting (except the organizer), from external people only or have masking disabled. If the admins choose to have this setting disabled, the phone numbers will be displayed fully in the meeting. (private release until the end of October)
    • Calendar sharing: We added the ability to add a channel to a calendar tab.
    • Bringing more scenes to Together Mode: Teams have now introduced the ability for meeting organisers or presenters to change the Together Mode scene allowing attendees to appear in different experiences together.

    Word
    • One-click writing suggestions: Apply writing suggestions with a single click. The updated Editor pane makes it easy to navigate between suggestions. Learn more
      See details in blog post
    • Require users to apply sensitivity labels: Users will be prompted to apply a sensitivity label if their organization's policy requires it.

You are not alone. It's also affecting all my machines with Office 2019 ProPlus. My research suggests it's mainly Office 365 but i do not use that version.

I've had the Office Subscription Licensing Heartbeat (OLicenseHeartbeat.exe) error every morning for the last 20 days, since Office 365 Version 2102 (Build 13801.20158) on February 15, 2021.

    Others are experiencing the same:

    Heartbeat Exe not working

    OLicenseHeartbeat.exe Stopped working

The issue that broke some legacy Excel 4.0 and Excel5.0 macros as well as some VBA calls to dialogsheets.show that was in 2012 is back in 2102. The problem was fixed in 2101 and is now back in 2102. New Microsoft 365 Current Channel v2101 build 13628.20274 - Jan. 26.
