Thx for the info. Always good to know, but I am not in a rush to buy right now and almost sure before mid-year by July, we will probably see a new generation of Video card from NVIDIA ... or not. I think the RTX 3070 came out 3-4 months after I bought my PC (second option in my profile's specs). Thx again!

This is grossly simplifed, but it appears that a 3070 is a slight downgrade from a 2080ti. UserBenchmark: Nvidia RTX 2080-Ti vs 3070Thx for the info. A 3080 wouldn't be much of an upgrade. A 3090 would be better. UserBenchmark: Nvidia RTX 2080-Ti vs 3090 About $1.5k US list, double that from resellers (aka scalpers).
I wonder which will end first - the Coronavirus pandemic (at least in the US), or the silicon drought?

I think I have hit the jackpot today with all the good and informative referenced links I am having from you Guys. I am not an expert when it comes to Display Adapters and I am always scared to play with overclocking. The day, not too far way, will come where I would certainly decide to upgrade and I will have a good reference guide to make a well-thought decision.
With regard to Coronavirus pandemic Vs Silicon drought, the latter is the least of my worries and the vast majority of people around the world would pretty sure agree with me that we all are starting to feel the lockdown fatigue. I cannot wait to get back to my normal life just as it was before the pandemic. Will we ever, only time will tell...
