On 20H2 for my production machine, same thing (no updates after checking) even though I have "Some settings are managed by your organization". I know that this is in relation to GPEdit which I modified some time ago to block Automatic Update. Maybe, that is the reason why...

Thx TC for the suggestion. I will see what I can do with it later on.

I wasn't offered the update via WU on my Surface Pro 3. But I found a download for the CAB file and used DISM to install it successfully. Took all of 20 seconds to install. Not much to it, still, apparently.
