Are any of them APC? The only evidence I have so far is that of the two PC's I have access to with this build, they both have the problem and both have the same model APC Back-UPS.
No, they are CyberPower - all 3.

    Thanks to both.

Feedback Hub seems to be resting its eyes today. Nothing newer than 18 hours ago.

About 55min - good for me.

But, still getting server error ID 2505 and the torn structure warning ID 7.

Yes, the NTFS torn writes thing is still around despite the release notes ( https://aka.ms/AAb2yoc )

Is anyone seeing "HID UPS Battery" (under Batteries in Device Manager) banged out in this release? "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)." This is a new one on me, but I want to see if anyone else has it before I look into it.
I have APC UPS listed under Batteries.

    Hmmm...,

    Okay.

It's just that, when I tried to open Chrome, I got a notification in the Action Center saying: 'If I don't use Edge, MS will hold me in contempt'!!!

That's interesting. I looked it up and it's normally "HID UPS Battery" for me, just not banged. I hadn't seen it in a long time to know if it normally said that or APC, and it's unclear why it would be one versus the other.
