    The good thing about cumulative updates it only installs what you are missing. If you did a clean install then you would only get the latest cumulative update instead of doing them all.

    This update fixed the reboot loop/uninstall issues that came with all other cumulative updates. It was packed with KB3081441, which I'm assuming corrected the registry problem that was causing it.

    This update makes improvements to ease the upgrade experience to Windows 10.
