What login? I don't even have an account and just downloaded via WU . And installed via CAB in post 1 on a different PC earlier.

Downloading and installing now on multiple PCs. Get up and break for lunch and see what happens! Come back to a whirlwind spate of updates and more. So far, things are working OK. I'll report back here if anything gets hinky.

    Ed,

Thanks for all your very educational posts.

And well done on your new star and yet another year of WIMVP status.

I will endeavour to use the term hinky sometime soon.

interesting....I don't see this CU, despite just doing a fresh install of Windows at the weekend, now on build 19042.785.
The only place I see the CU is if I open the wushowhide tool and I have the option of hiding it, but it does not show up in WU?

I have the Malicious software removal tool (KB890830), the .NET update (KB4601050) and a 'HIDClass 10.0.19401.2034'.

After my unfortunate incidents last week, I'm apprehensive!!

Anyone notice any changes with this KB so far?

When I installed it on 2nd PC via WU vs via CAB on 1st PC, it seemed to install much faster.

Downloaded and installed, without any problem.
All updates took 22 minutes to install (the total time until I see the desktop).

How 'bout : "get-hotfix | sort -prop InstalledOn -desc" Newest at the top sorted by date
I have a better one, but it will have to wait.
