Finally got to install it this morning but Chrome won't work. I've tried uninstalling it and still the same. No websites will load and I can't get to the settings either.
Thanks for reporting this. There seems to be a few similar reports.

As a result, I'm going to hang off and have changed my Windows Insider settings back to the "Slow" ring.
As my machine is working pretty well on RTM version and I don't want to mess with it, I have too much work to do at present.
Will check back when there's a better build that maybe also improves on MS Edge.

    Cheers

    Hi there

    Downloading on to a VM

@recruit2 (and others) - especially if you are happy so far with RTM and don't have a spare machine.

Why not test in a VM -- you can try out most of the new features etc without ruining your current build --saves the bother also of "Dual booting", and if you like / prefer using a LOCAL account - keep that on the HOST and just use the Ms account on the VM.

Things like VMWARE PLAYER and VBOX are FREE on all editions (as is of course HYPER-V on PRO edition though)

    Cheers

Of course it does, Waterfox too, I guess that Mozilla is not at odds with MS as much as Google is.

I've rolled back to RTM, there isn't enough new features in this new build to justify losing Chome and a few other programs. At least its easy to roll back these days.

I suppose I should keep up to date with this stuff, I'm just setting it up in a HyperV Machine now.

yea I think I'll set up Windows 10 in VirtualBox, if nothing else but to keep up to date so we can help people.

I've never used HyperV, whats it's selling point compared with VB?

32 bit Chrome works fine here.

This build also fixed my intermittent ability to pin desktop shortcuts to the start. Every one pinned first go now.
