In 19042.782 (KB4598291) you can find Keys in the Registry for the 19043 Enablement Package.

I am currently on W10 Pro, version 20H2, build 19042.685.
And not able to install KB4598242 (error 0x80070003).
Can/should I use this hotfix to solve my problem?
Nobody can answer that as we don't have any idea what this KB does at this time.

I would suggest making a full back with Macrium Reflect, then try Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade
Well... here we go then. I've made a backup and my life is boring so let's see what excitement this update brings.
