Interesting ... that key doesn't exist in my registry.

It may be a 20H2 thing.

Curiouser and curiouser... note the date for installation of KB4598291. 1/26/2021
My BIOS and Desktop calendars agree that it's 9:55pm on the 25th.
Control Panel does say it was installed on the 25th.

Maybe I've been hacked by China. LOL

Did you see this post from December about your issue? :
    Reg file :ActiveX/COM Issue LocalServer32\C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Speech_O

I'm still on 2004, so yes, maybe 20H2 thing.

For you folks that like to live on the bleeding edge of Windows 10:

    "Activate Windows 10 21H1 19043 now (unlock) "

    Windows 10 21H1 19043 schon jetzt aktivieren (freischalten) | Deskmodder.de

"We had reported that Microsoft had started preparations for the start of Windows 10 21H1 (19043) with KB4598291 . In the update package everything is already there, as Programinjo wrote in our comments. "

It's a German forum, you so have to use Chrome Browser or some other method to get English translation.

And of course don't try this without a full backup

Seamonkey browser suite has a built-in option to translate web pages from its Tools menu

I'm pretty sure the (Google) translator in 'Tools' - 'Translate page' still works perfectly fine. If that's any help.
and for Firefox users, there are a couple of addons from here & here that can be used to translate web pages as well

so far so good with KB4598291
waiting to see if MS will publicly release it by the end of January

Im not in a hurry..........better wait untill its been offered by WU.
Same here. PC is currently working as perfect as Windows 10 can get. (20H2 Build 19042.746). The ESENT 642 errors don't bother me.

I am also waiting until it is offered by WU.

On another note, I have once mentioned that in a previous post and now it seems to be closer to becoming true:
In the past two years, Microsoft did release a major feature update in the first half of the year and a minor update in the second half. It appears that the company plans to reverse the process: the next feature update for Windows 10, which is the first update of 2021, appears to be a smaller update, the second feature update, released in the second half, will be a larger update

Seems true enough, at least for this 19041.782 build - it does contain some dormant 21H1 features. According to your link...

...The Enablement Package unlocks features of 21H1 on the upgraded device.
It is already possible to install these, but that is suggested only for testing purposes. All that is required is to install the KB4598291 update and run a series of DISM commands....

I've just confirmed that in a VM by updating 20H2 to 19042.782 then running those DISM instructions. It now says it's 21H1, 19043.782.

It's amazing. 3-4 posts about this and no list of commands, in English.
    Well here they are.

WARNING: Use at your own risk.
And... even if you decide to risk it... make a backup, first.

    You must have KB4598291 installed.
Then open a Command Prompt as Admin and enter these commands, which then activates Windows 10 21H1.

    Code:
    Dism /Online /Add-package:C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\microsoft-windows-product-data-21h1-ekb-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.19041.782.mum

    From the ghack article...

Windows 10 version 21H1 will make just a few changes and introduce just a few new features to the operating system, including:

TLS 1.3 support is no longer experimental.
    Manual DNS over HTTPS configuration.
Search when configuring applications in the Settings app.
    Disk Management in Settings.

I already see Disk Management in Settings on 19042.782
21H1 is supposed to be 19043.782

    Well here they are....

Note that some of the commands are region-specific. The commands Ghot gave above are for a US English install, I had to change all occurrences of en-US to en-GB in order to run them on my virtual machine (don't try this on your main machine) as it has the English International install.
