Tried to disable, wont allow it, even as "Admin"...
(do I really need to disable it? What's the reason for disabling?)

I have disabled it via scripts. You need not disable it unless you want to control Windows Update.

Thanks. I did install "Windows10Setup" script, in program files: (C:) > WindowsPowershell > Scripts folder, just forgot how to "run" it?

PS...looking for "Windows Update Toggle" app and I cant find it if anyone has a download link.

Right-click on the PowerShell script. Do you see the option "Run with PowerShell"?

Yes, same here, and I got the July version of this KB on a 2004 PC yesterday.
