the 2021-06 update just showed up to my laptop today. I uninstalled the update a few weeks ago after getting to 21H1, which led to the service just putting folders of WindowsUpdate files in my Temp folder.

The desktop takes a long time to run the service installed by this update, because it's slow in some things. So having this run on start up once a week is sorta annoying. But yeah, whatever, since the WaasMedic PerformRemediation task can't be deleted by me in the Task Scheduler, then bring this thing back.

Microsoft must have had extra copies for 2004 users - 2021-05 version of this KB showed up today on my PC.
