I don't know what wacky algorithm MS uses to push new versions of this KB out, but I just got the 2021-09 version today too on this PC I'm on. They seems to send out the version for a given month at different dates to different PCs.

I got the 2021-08 version early September vs your September 19th date, so they definitely roll these out over time and they are not available in the MS Catalog for current versions of Windows for some odd reason.

I have installed and reinstalled the above update about 6 times. Have uninstalled. and reinstalled. Only updates to 82% and then freezes. My update states it installed successfully. WRONG.
What on earth is wrong with the above update? My PC has tried 6 times to instal it and each time it completely crashes with a black screen only overcome by unpugging and leaving and replugging and switching on whereupon it tries a couple of times...
