This actually makes sense. 21H1 is probably pretty much cooked

Does anybody else have the problem of Settings to allow access to Camera and Microphone reverting to the OFF position. Extremely annoying when I have remote medical appointments using doxy.me

    Hello Marty,

If you like, you could use option 6 or 7 in the tutorials below to "Force Allow" access for the camera and microphone via group policy.

That's just the optional updates that are usually released in the 3rd/4th week of the month. We will still be getting builds and patch Tuesday security update.

MS may be putting Insider on hold till January, it would be normal anyway. But that article(s) refers to RTM, RP, and Slow ring (Beta) Previews of upcoming updates, not to updates to Insider Fast (Dev) channel. i.e - new build in the 202xx series. It's confusing use of words that could be construed incorrectly.

The 2004 build was frozen on Dec 12th last year. Maybe something similar this year with 21H1.

Yes, I do recall it's around the 2nd week o f December. Since they have a new Master at Arms at Hotel Insider (who does a very good job of staying hidden.....), and the preferred day for new builds appears to be Wednesday now, I'll bet a farthing on the 9th for last build in 2020.
