    I think the next CU will supersede kb4586853 on the 8th and we will forget about the 661/662 debacle very quickly.

    When did you install 661? It was around on the 10th of November. To be sure you would need an image before that no?

    I originally installed the cab file (.662) but decided to do an in-place install of Windows 10 using the media creation tool which took me back to .630. This evening, WU offered an "Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64 based Systems (KB4586853). This has now returned me to .622.
    Is Version 19042.662 official now?

    I reverted to 630 via Macrium image and the update worked on my HP

    KB4586853 CU Windows 10 v2004 build 19041.662 and v20H2 19042.662-image.png
