    @Brink, the file size is 369 MB, not 372 MB as shown on page 1. The " Download KB4586853 CAB for Windows 10 v2004 and v20H2 64-bit (x64) - 372.0 MB" file of 11/23 - that is.
    I have downloaded that cab file twice today and both times the total is 377,970kb (Eastern Standard Time Zone) If the bad bits were removed then my download link didn't experience that clean up.
    I had such a long time getting a clean sfc /scannow and a Dism scan result(Source not found) for 661; not keen on chancing this update to 662.

    Right-click properties also shows 369 MB. MB vs kb is a different story because of 1024 factor in getting between the two Confused yet?
