    10.0.20257.1_Fe Tough as Iron

This went back to wacky behavior during the update process. Took an extra long time on 100% configuring before reboot then went until working on update until 64% rebooted then to 84% then rebooted again and started up at 64% until finishing. This is what I mean by my irritation about not getting output dumped to a console. What logs can I access that would explain this behavior - do you know Shawn? I have not killed any upgraded files only I think I will get rid of windows.old.
This is how it works now most of the time. I forgot to set Windows boot loader first and I think the upgrade, restart 4 times in Grub, maybe 3 with the 84% - 64% restart pattern. I don't know about the log file either and I think It wouldn't help since it is a normal behavior now.

I did not have anything cosmic with this build, remains stable. If Mn_ was Manganese, Fe_ is Iron.

In Ubuntu 20.10, the debian package of microsoft-edge-dev comes with a missing file. The terminal is suggesting the solution.

    Code:
    cd //home/your_user_name/Downloads
    Code:
    sudo dpkg -i *.deb

    Stay safe,

    Stay safe,
I have not seen this behavior in previous builds. If memory serves (and it might not) this kind of behavior was more typical a year or so ago.

    You stay safe also

Installed quite nicely using GnomeBoxes under Fedora 34 (Rawhide). Noticed that now when using a local account the Start Menu is not filled up with distracting arrows for programs that not available. Small improvement but nice.

Left Fedora after installing the latest vanilla kernel and awaiting today''s build (I hope)/ UUPDUMP now working fine in Windows, which is good because I can't find wimlib-imagex for Fedora - or rather the version of wimlib for fedora 34 isn't working properely.
