It may not have installed. Check to make sure you did the Service Stack update first. It's a .cab, also. Look up top for instructions.

Or, you installed only the SSU, and not the CU, also.

Installed both from Command Prompt via DISM, no problems so far:

Are you working on dissecting the update so you can tell us what's in it, doc?

Seems okay so far on my tester PC.

This must be like a social experiment for M$ to leak out updates with no release notes and see how many PCs they get installed on

I missed seeing this for a couple of days, but finally did and got it installed on 4 computers this afternoon with no problems.
