Windows storage showing correctly at last. Task manager start-up no data still. Removed the extra features in emoj picker.
Task Manager is working OK on my desktop.

This build removed all my personalization settings. Removed the meet now button too. Hope to see everything re-added back soon.
I tried to turn Meet Now and Microsoft Teams icons back on and it didn't work. After a restart the options were set back to off.

Check task manager on next boot to see if info has been updated. This is what I get,

Going now for the ISO in UUPDump.
Finally got it installed yesterday, but the trend now with UUPdump is that I have to try 2 or 3 times before getting the conversion to .ISO working. Previous build before this one, it was on the third attempt. For this one on the second attempt. All is well now.

So I'm having two problems with this update:
1- There is no way to permanently disable Windows Defender! Tried with gpedit, tried disabling tamper protection, tried with registry, and nothing seems to work! In the comments here you can find more detailed discussion about how it can be done:
Can't disable Windows Defender via Group Policy or the Registry - Super User
2- Starting from the previous version, both my VirtualBox and VMWare Pro/Player stopped working! They give weird errors with no indication to the problem. Tried with new and old virtual machines still the exact same error. Copied them to another machine and they worked!
Now I'm trying with Hyper-V manager..

Here I am on Oct. 30 and I just got dinged by the OS telling me there was a new build 92% installed. Weird--I used to get the builds automatically on the first day they were rolled out--only way that happens now is if I manually scan--otherwise, the new builds do not pop up until the second day they are in the delivery system.

I expect the usual 8-minute disk-install time for the upgrade from 20241.1005 via WU, so unless something is different I doubt I'll have much to say about this build.

I'm now getting the Start-up Impact error of None or Not measured. How did you get your task manager to show the extra columns?

Right click any header for the choice of columns.

Thank you! I was checking in Options and in View and couldn't find it.

This can be fixed by disabling all the hyper v stuff in optional features. Took me a while to sort it though. I'll post a vmware link on it tomorrow night if you are stuck.
