Yep. It will be incorporated into next Patch Tuesday update unless some bad bug is found.

I don't have it either but I think it may be because I uninstalled the Skype App and instead use Skype for Desktop (because the startup options are more flexible in the desktop one).

I could use Meet Now from inside Skype for Desktop if I like.

That was a pleasant surprise, came with update of security and added through Optional Updates.
