I have read that with 20H2 it is not advisable to use that.

Beware: Using UUPDump for Windows 20H2 might lock down Secure Boot
Thanks for the information... I had no idea about it!

But just a comment: Not sure if it has relation or not, I just updated a computer with WU and installed a VM with uupdump iso and both are working just fine.

I do not believe this problem would affect a VM.

I have had my first major issue with the upgrade file (Windows10Upgrade9252) and the official ISO as well as the UUP dmp ISO. On reboot user settings are corrupt and the system goes into a reboot loop. Now, as for clean install, I installed using latest MS volume ISO version a got the violation message from secure boot. Usually on new install you often have to disable secure boot. I got a flag on an HP machine, turned off secure boot and system installed.

Maybe Winaero is talking about something new but I haven't seen it on installs so far.

    Usually if you reinstall

Does not surprise me the least that it is a HP device that was affected. Great machines, but sometimes they've got some weird stuff going on.

Waiting for me on both test machines. Just rebooting into post-GUI install on each one. Will report back if anything unusual or interesting happens. Thanks, @Brink!

the links for the .cab files need a look-over. the x86 link is actually pointing to the x64 version and the x64 link is for another KB altogether.
