Just installed the CU but it seems stuck at 100%. Check that - restart prompt appeared.

I am in the middle of downloading 2024, 44%, and got a message [right under Updates Available] ?? about my active hours. MS wanted me to turn it on so I could "YES" their suggestion 4pm - 10pm. Active hours is a useless annoyance to me since I am retired and could care less.

Strange situation after installing the CU. When I try to open Samsung Magician to get an update for it, the window is semi-transparent and blank except for "SAMSUNG Magici" in the upper left corner. No amount of rebooting changes anything. Everything else I've tried to open works as usual.

It will by then, but a clean install of WHAT?! A clean install of a broken Insider build would just get you back to where you started, which is nowhere.

What we really need is this idea of being able to get off the perpetual problem-child Dev channel and onto Beta (or Release Preview) without starting over. Upvote!

Once our GSOD is solved, guess what, there are plenty of others coming up right behind it. Dev channel isn't what Fast used to be, where this state was rare and short-lived. Now it's a shooting gallery.
It would be a clean install of 20H2 when in comes out. That build is fine with my Intel Network Adapter

After firing up my Hyper-V VM today, I found this in Windows Update:

    Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 20241.1005 (rs_prerelease) - Oct. 23-insider-preview-20241.1005-kb4589464.png

After restarting, I am now on the current OS Build.
