It will by then, but a clean install of WHAT?! A clean install of a broken Insider build would just get you back to where you started, which is nowhere.

What we really need is this idea of being able to get off the perpetual problem-child Dev channel and onto Beta (or Release Preview) without starting over. Upvote!

Once our GSOD is solved, guess what, there are plenty of others coming up right behind it. Dev channel isn't what Fast used to be, where this state was rare and short-lived. Now it's a shooting gallery.

Happy Friday #WindowsInsiders! We are starting to roll out Cumulative Update Build 20241.1005 (KB4589464) to the Dev Channel. This update does not include anything new and is designed to test our servicing pipeline.
