    November 10, 2020 - KB4580980 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10, version 1903, Windows Server, version 1903, Windows 10, version 1909, and Windows Server, version 1909


    The October 20, 2020 update for Windows 10, version 1903, Windows Server, version 1903, Windows 10, version 1909, and Windows Server, version 1909 includes cumulative reliability improvements in .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8. We recommend that you apply this update as part of your regular maintenance routines. Before you install this update, see the Prerequisites and Restart requirement sections.

    Important
    This update is included in the Cumulative Update that is dated November 10, 2020. This update was previously released in the Cumulative Update that was dated October 20, 2020.


    Quality and reliability improvements

    WPF - Addressed a regression from a previous update, arising when two HostVisual elements disconnect at the same time.
    - Addressed a crash and/or hang when typing into a TextBox in a WPF app, when the OS feature "use text cursor indicator" is enabled.
    SQL - Addressed an issue in System.Data.SqlClient where querying string columns would fail if the database had a Kazakh collation.

    I never got this today... Was I suppose to or because this was a "reissue" i don't/didn't need to get it?

    I only do patch Tuesdays updates, so did I get this on patch Tuesday back in October? How can I check my current version?

    If you have the November 10th CU, it's included within that.
