Hello, I have one issue to report, that started with this build. From the moment of the update, I have serious problems with sound stuttering. Whenever I listen to music via any player, or watch any streaming service (it doesn't matter if it's youtube, netflix or spotify), if I try to minimize the player or browser and keep them in the background while doing anything else, my audio micro stutters.

If I mouse over anything, be it a folder, links in another browser or even buttons in the player, sounds stutters.
I'm using MOTU M4 audio interface with included software drivers. As I mentioned before, this problem started with this build.

I have used Latencymon, and it didn't report any problems. From the info I recently found, it is probably a problem with the new way of task prioritization in this build. Many creators had to revert to the previous build just to avoid this problem.

I've done a clean install of 20H2 (now fully updated) onto a new SSD and have found the old 'Night Light' problem of a year or so ago has recurred.

It doesn't automatically turn on and off to schedule and if I open the Night Light page the slider for intensity always defaults to 100%. Click on the slider and the display instantly goes into Night Light mode. Set the slider to 50% and exit the screen and then reopen and the setting is back to 100% but not doing anything on the screen.

I've reported this on the Feedback Hub.

Curiously my earlier version which was fully up to date and using the same hardware (apart from new SSD) worked OK.

As of today I am trying the old trick of turning Fast Boot off.

Thanks I'll have a read at that and also wait and see now if disabling Fast Boot has any effect i.e does Night Light come on tonight correctly.

I suspect it probably is driver related (Intel HD3000) but whatever MS installed previously on my older installation has worked without issue although I do remember this was a widely experienced bug at the time it first appeared.

Its annoying having to wait a day each time to see if any changes made actually work correctly or not.

Temporarily change your Night Light time settings, or temp change the system time to simulate tonight.

    That's one way I guess :)

Well I've just booted up with Fast Start disabled and it all seems OK at this moment in time. As soon as the Welcome Screen appeared I could see it change its colour temperature to the night setting.

Win 10 1703, 1909,2004, and 20H2 installed fresh onto surface pro 4, then sp drivers, then latest wintv v8 app+drivers for a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR950 usb hdtv tuner.

No issues with driver or live tv in app in 1703 or 1909.

With 2004, audio and video stutters in live tv. Wpf01000.sys shows abmormally high latency in 2004, not in 1703/1909.
Also, drivers do not install (code 39, bad/corrupt) until secure boot turned off in uefi.

With 20H2, drivers install, but do not start (code 10).

MS getting worse and worse over time...they've partially broken 2004, totally broke 20H2. Had to reinstall 1909.

I found out that my older HP desktop could no longer handle "Fast Startup" after this update.

When cold-starting the computer, I'd get to the Windows Logo in the boot-up process...and it would not go any further. After trying many things, over several days, I got lucky and came across a forum (using my wife's laptop) where someone with a similar issue solved it simply by disabling Fast Start Up.
