#2 is disturbing to me. Do you happen to have any reference links to confirm this. Sorry if I'm asking a dumb question but I've had to do repair upgrades with 2004 several times recently in the last few weeks.
I saw this reported on other forums and tried it myself.

Proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Mount a 20H2 iso as a drive, run setup.exe to do a repair upgrade.

You will see that it will only let you select to keep nothing.

    Then cancel upgrade of course.

Then remove the enablement package (reverts you back to 2004), and then mount 20H2 iso and you get option to keep everything.

Okay, not ready to try this myself yet, but will keep any eagle eye out for it from others who may try. Thanks

You do not have to actually do it to see bug. You can cancel repair upgrade once you see the issue.

I have experienced a strange issue on a newly installed PC (newer Intel hardware). Microsoft Defender Exclusion list always come up empty even if Exclusions were set.

    Good morning guys,

I would like to ask you if it is possible to have a problem with turning off windows?
I did update to 20H2 yesterday and I tried to turn off my laptop today and it took so long, maybe around 15 min, just the blue screen saying turning off.

    Thank you for your help.

It could have been doing some cleanup process.

Check the Windows Event Logs for any errors that might have occurred around the time it happened.

    Right-click on the Start icon.

    Select Event Viewer.

    Expand Custom Views.

    Click on Administrative Events.
