So then as Bree said most if not all are just not being offered 20H2 due to phased roll out.

What would have been really nice is it MS had provide a information box somewhere on Update page that actually shows Blocks in place or none in place.

I'm in no rush. My daily PC was updated to version 2004 last Thursday.

AIUI Windows Update has a local built-in delay (30 days?) after a Feature Update in which it will not offer the next one, even if it would otherwise be available.

it showed up today for me, i took the plunge and installed it. i come from the version before 2004 so it took 52 minutes or thereabouts. installed fine with no problems at all, at least not yet!! seems pretty snappy for me.

Do we have a consolidated thread/single list/post for tracking 20H2 issues and seeing them in a single thread post that I'm not aware of (besides the standard M$ blurb which does not include the reasons below)?

Right now the reasons are intertwined within threads.

    20H2 Issues I'm aware of:
    1) Can't do an in-place-repair-upgrade AND keep personal files and apps (MAJOR reason to avoid 20H2)
    2) Task Manager -> Startup tab values don't update.

For these two reasons, I don't recommend updating from 20H1/2004 or pre-20H1 to 20H2.

I'm sure there are other reasons and it would be nice to see/track them in one easy to see post #1 post in some TBD thread.

I haven't had any problems so far.
