My Start-up tab under Task Manager lists None, Low, Medium and Not Measured but me it is a clean install of the v2004.

If you enable some other columns with numbers like in my screenshot, then you can really tell if it's working as the numbers generally vary between power ups and the numbers never change in 20H2 since they broke something. Also the "Running now" column will be all empty when it's not working - not a single line will show "Running" .

That is exactly the case for me. Pretty sure MS is already aware of the issue and will probably pull out some CU in order to fix it.

Keep in mind that MS is slowly migrating management features to the "Settings" app and this issue may well be related to that migration work. See "Settings > Apps > Startup" for where the Startup tab items are now located. It could well be that the Startup tab is in the process of being...what is the current buzzword for it..."desiccated"...

So I guess this junk is part of the migration process ?

My laptop, a Lenovo, got it two days ago, but none of my three desktops (on the same ISP) has any update yet.

IP filtering by MS seems reasonable enough but how?

After reading here for a few days I decided to try Brinks tutorial on the Enablement Package Feature update with the cab file. I used option #2. All went well and was basically just a reboot and quick update.
    Thanks Brink
