    they've been at it since win 10 existed.... its criminal, and now this junk update leaves you going round in circles. steal the slaves money and stop then having time to notice they are both penniless and a slave - just imagine if they invented a worldwide epidemic and locked everyone in their hamster cages

    installed Windows 10 v2004 build 19041.572 Oct 13 on SP7 i7 and working as designed .using as daily machine.

    Looks like KB4577671 only applies to 1909/1903:

    The link I posted was generic for October CU and including 1903, 1909 and 2004.

    I believe KB4579311 installed fine for most people here including me. I just posted that link as a FYI.
