I don't think that I have ever really spent any sizable amount of money on Black Friday. I'm too picky on wanting a particular feature set, so I'm typically not drawn to things like the blowout deals on a particular TV set. The models that I wanted to buy are never included in that mega-sale. In addition, I hate being around people. I will gladly pay more if it means not getting up at the crack of dawn and waiting in lines for hours.
I have no money this year for the holidays. I bought a new mountain bike, put in new granite in my house and redid my deck. I'm done with spending for the time being.
Hi there
It's even cleverer than that @Trust_No1
Hedge funds / vulture capitalists etc - (for budding entrepreneurs --this is what you do).
1) Buy something with a known brand name -- But with NONE of your own money up front !!! -- you borrow against the assets of the thing you are buying.
2) Strip it of anything "sellable" and pocket the money in Cayman Islands / other off shore tax havens
3) Declare the company Bankrupt and walk away --leaving tax payer to fund unemployment of staff now without jobs / pick up the pieces.
"nice one" -- anyway bet it's the first time on a Windows Forum you've got a free lesson (101) in "Venture fund capitalism or Hedge fund management !!!. You never know what you learn here !!!!.
Cheers

Prime day or not, I only buy when I want or need something. I also wish Amazon would stop sending me ads for something I already bought.
Two days to save big on everything you need and love. #PrimeDay is here!
