I cannot for the life of me figure how I get the "Click to Install", and nobody else gets it at all. Nobody. That is just bizarre. There cannot be 2 different Release Preview builds out there.
But there zillion different systems. I have fast preview on AMD, and on Intel system. On AMD it goes to download directly for every build. On Intel system I have to click on Download and install
