I get the same message as everyone else. KB4581021 downloads but fails to install. Tried some of the documented solutions with no success.

We shouldn't be surprised at these failures thogh, as Microsoft stated "Hello #WindowsInsiders, we have released Build 20211.1005 (KB4581021) to the Dev Channel. This update does not include anything new and is designed to test our servicing pipeline. ^BLB."

It just shows that their servicing oipeline does need testing, so kudos to them for putting the update out. They'll get plenty of telemetry coming thir way.

Just wait of a fix from Microsoft.
The error code 0x80070002 means Error File not Found. Without analyzing the log files, you cannot determine what is missing.

There's all sorts of "fixes" for that error on the web. None that I tried worked.

    The update package is faulty.
And they can't fix that with any command.

I just tried to install the update again and it doesn't show. MS must have pulled it.

Never seen this update here thankfully, looks like MS removed it
