uupdump currently only has the amd64 (x64) version of 19042.538
it's not yet available for x86 & arm64 platforms

Odd things I have noticed, Windows Security no longer remembers the last scan, and if you use File History and try to remove older versions there is an error about element not found. Deleted file history, even used a new drive, same issue.

which did not occur yesterday Tue. 9/15
I'll wait for something newer than .538 to come out in the beta channel instead sometime later this week (or sometime next week) so I'll just skip the .538 build

KB4577063 is a specific IP update for teams/surface hub, nobody knows what it is or does, so better not to install it only to have 19042.538 in winver.
