Updated to 20206.1000 using UUC and again it loaded .Net Framework after the install. No problems. (EDIT: It updated .NET twice.)

I guess it's just me, but this builds hates me for some reason. Five of DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION so far:

This build did download faster but on one computer it messed with my video driver, restarted twice and all good. The bells and whistles that were added don’t really spark my interest. I want a stable, functional operating system which gets along with my software and hardware!

Update successful on first attempt after ~70 minutes of download/install/reboot.
The .NET update was once again installed.

Are your drivers up to date? Did you check for corrupt files? Scan disk ?

Yes, up to date, and chkdsk is clean. This is a system that had been fine with the previous build. Not sure it's stable enough now to attempt a revert.

I also ran this, but it's ambiguous about whether it actually did anything or not:
