Installed on my 3 systems but still not getting 2004. I guess I will get it when 2009 is released.
I'm not getting it on my Dell 3847, but it's because Dell is not updating drivers and evidently don't intend to do so.

Welcome to tenforums! First thing you can try is to reset Windows Update.
If that doesn't work, you can go for a repair install (in-place upgrade). Take note that with the latter you will be able to keep your installed Apps and data Files, which is not the case for Refresh or reset.

You can also have a look at this tutorial which comes down to the same thing as "Reset Windows Update":

EDIT::: I tried a manual install and it says ALREADY INSTALLED. So how come its not listed in the Update history ??
Definitely not there (in history) , used a third party tool to double check .

When i use the command line method it does show up!
    wmic qfe list

    http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=4565351 AMDX Update KB4565351 NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM 8/13/2020

Very odd, what kind of display bug is this ?? Only thing I see is this update is identified as UPDATE, and the ones that show are called "Security Update".

Strange prob with the August update. I thought I had it paused. but it downloaded in the background

So I let it install, and could see it install (the usual Working % screens)

But when I checked , the August installs do not show under installed updates ! Laast ones are the July , and recent Win Defender files.

When I try to force another try of the Aug patches, it says up to date !

Never saw this issue before , and getting no error messages .

    Any ideas ?

I spoke too soon - I got Version 2004 on my Dell 3847 today - took about 4 hours but it installed without problem.

What the hell is 'Microsoft Update Health Tools' that got installed along this cumulative update? And KB4023057 also got installed with it today, is this related? What's Microsoft planning on my machine here exactly?

Where did you find this "Microsoft Update Health Tools" item listed/shown. I have Sledgehammer installed and normally wait a few days to let the dust settle and then install the updates via Sledgehammer. I also do not see that KB4023057 listed anywhere. Just curious.
