Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 20180.1000 (rs_prerelease) - July 29 Insider

I think I'm gonna revert to 20175. 20180 is a mess on my PC. For some reason after every restart my desktop hangs with a black screen after login for minutes before showing my desktop. 20175 didn't have this issue.

No Dev icons in the box. Apps list is plain yellow, a reminder of Threshold one. This build runs smoothly as usual.

I lost the Radeon app within the .NET file restart. I was asked to do a factory reset after, the process restarted twice (uninstall/install).

Nope. Disabled driver install and the issue is still present after reverting and reupgrading.
20175 it is until the new build.

My system says "Restart required...Your device will restart at 21:15".
Under change "Active hours" already knows these to be 4:00 to 22:00, so why a restart at 21:15? Any guesses.
I already have Insider Preview v 2004 20175.1000 installed yesterday. WTF?

What will happen at 21:15?

Windows regional settings, BIOS clock etc --who knows !!!

No it's simply in settings -- language, regional etc
BIOS chip in the computer also has a "Real time clock" check that in the BIOS settings when you start the computer -- press F" or whatever it is on your machine to get into the BIOS settings --BEFORE Windows boot.
