Well, screw it, can't upgrade, went back all the way to 20150.100 and nothing. I think I have better use for my time, SSD and license than to solve their riddles. Even taking a nap is better use of my time.
Can't get thru UUP Dump and they wouldn't let me into my insider account. Wll proceed only if someone can upload ISO for me where I can get into.

Used Hyper-V Quick Create to create a Windows 10 for Workstations VM from the "official" ISO. Now everything is done and looks OK.

Up to now I can't find much wrong with this build, It's a ggod one.

A weird Update this one....after installation screen turned black for a couple of minutes....then green screen appeared stating something about Violation and was being checked by M$....that was replaced with a completed Update.
Now to verify if working properly.
