Download ISO posted on 2nd page and do inplace upgrade

They are pulling from the MS servers, too, to DL the bits and pieces. So, busy time. I've found it gives a lot of those red ERROR during download if you attempt it early after releases. Wait awhile, 2 hrs maybe.
