But you did finally get the build from WU, right?
Yes, thru WU next morning. Now it works fine.
There's one thing I don't know. I signed in insider ring with same credentials (hotmail.com) for normal version but they won't let me in now. It was probably with some older password but it gets rejected. Am I mistaken or they keep different passwords for insider ? I guess they do because both windows are with licenses upgraded from different W7.
In "normal" W10 (now 2004) I had to change passwords several times due to some hacking attempts and now I forgot it. Account verifies fine, activation is fine, I just can't retrieve or change password, getting message "Too many tries, try again next day" or something in that effect.

Wow. My MS password, when I log on to my account, gets me into insider account too. When I open browser, I’m logged into MS account and into insider, also—all same. And same for hub. Maybe someone can reset your account — if you can get a real person to talk with you???

I'll give it another day of rest and then try to change password(s). As I'm only one that has access to this computer I'll place a sticky note with password(s) on it. I used to write everything down in a book out now I'd be hard pressed to find a pen(cil).

You only need one password to reveal all. Your M$ Insider password...you are already signed in use that.

    Hi folks

Interesting I've been offered this on an INTEL machine - but zilch on an AMD one. I'm running an upgrade from the 2004 19041.388 build ( the 2004 update on this build failed to install in any case on an AMD machine) --Same level of insider set on both --receive dev updates.

    So current build is:

    Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 20175.1000 (rs_prerelease) - July 22-up2.png

    Update offered is :

    Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 20175.1000 (rs_prerelease) - July 22-up1.png

I'll see what happens after installing it

    Cheers

Bet notes will say "No AMD" again, I'm not getting anything.
PS: Lost the bet but still nothing.
I have AMD also, and I'm not getting anything either. Oh, well, at least I understand what's going on.
