@Ohmer, I agree. If by "As Admin" they mean the hidden Administrator account then PowerToys should be withdrawn until it's fixed to at least run correctly when "Run as Administratior".
Ha! @Brinks suggestions does work (now). Run as Administrator removes the red error text and it now shows:
@Trust_No1, I missed that check box, will have to look for it next time (probalby only shows when you run "As Admin"
