In post-GUI install, my Lenovo Yoga X380 hung at 60% for a couple of minutes, rebooted, then started back at 0 and marched fairly quickly to 72%. Seems hung up there now, too -- just jumped to 79 then 85% as I wrote this. Ha! The Dev Channel is acting like a Dev Channel release should, I guess. Lenovo X220 Tablet is still at 40% on the in-GUI install (hasn't gotten to the first reboot yet).
Now booting into the first desktop on the X380 (and that's taking a good while, too "Welcome" w/spinning balls...)

Something must be off with the servers here - anybody on the East Coast of the US getting this build. I'm in Linux where I have 4 different virtualization programs run 161 and all I get is the damn Net Framework CU. I did complete getting the UUPDUMP ISO so I guess I have to go that route. Sucks.

It seems to be working for me ok, but, I am not that familiar with Facebook Messenger, I can use it fine but cannot access it directly even though I did download the desktop app

That's a surprise as it was mentioned in the "not fixed yet" spiel.

    Hope mine sleeps as well!!

I have tried many times and it sleep without a problem.
In my case the computer(s) wasn't sleeping at least on the last 3 build.

They may not had it fixed officially but definitely they change something that made it happens.
