• Insert Link Menu in Outlook will insert a link with permission defined by tenant admin: A link from the Insert Link MRU in Outlook would insert a link that only worked for users who already had permissions to it. This often caused back and forth emails between users asking to be granted access to a document. We've updated this experience so now the link is inserted with the default permission set by the tenant admin. For MSIT this is "organization can edit" so all internal users who receive a link shared this way will be able to access it.

• This update fixes an issue where using an ADODB. Recorder object in VB code may incorrectly report an error.
• Access templates should no longer cause attachment columns to fail within a database. After instantiating a template, you should now be able to add an attachment field to your database.

The registry key name must match the internal name of the time zone. The value indicates the time zone rule's year to be used in place of the effective year. For example, the following registry key override value will use the Brazilia time zone rule for the year 2020 as the effective rule.
