    • When using the Brazilia time zone in the year 2019, recurring meetings and appointments are displayed in the wrong timeslot for the year 2020. This change is relevant for clients set in the Brazilia time zone or for meetings and appointments set in that time zone.

      This change allows Outlook to override certain time zone settings used by Outlook. In order to invoke a time zone override you must set a registry key for the current user. The registry key name must match the internal name of the time zone. The value indicates the time zone rule's year to be used in place of the effective year. For example, the following registry key override value will use the Brazilia time zone rule for the year 2020 as the effective rule. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\TimeZoneOverride]"E. South America Standard Time"=dword:000007e4.
