Will it solve the problem with printing KB4565483 or i still need to install manually the KB4567512
Well, I just had to let Windows Update apply the latest updates for Version 1909 Build 18363.959 on my ProStar, and according to MS all 4 updates were successfully applied. (I have attached a JPG file showing the 4 updates applied.)
--I had blocked my updates for an extended period in order to avoid Version 2004, and my block period ran out. I've now blocked them again for another extended period, to again delay the imposition of 2004.
I had a couple of small issues (so far):
--I ran SFC, and found that some issues of duplicate folder ownership that I had cleaned up 4 weeks ago were back, so I had to re-run SCANNOW to clean those up again.
--I also found that my default app for opening JPGs had redefined itself to be TWINUI. I fixed that, and will be on the look out for the potential that this may happen with other file types since it also happened once before.
UPDATE: Oh, yeah, I got the new version of Edge as one of these updates - didn't realize that was one of them until afterwords. May roll that one back after I do some research on it.

Installed Patch Tuesday update for Windows 10 Home v1909 yesterday.
KB4565483 Cumulative, and KB4565633 .Net.
Smooth install. No problems.
These updates were offered on one machine. The other machines, including this Pro machine, have not had them offered yet.
I normally do not seek updates.
CU + .NET installed no error.... for while!
:)
