You don't really need optimization ( bulk trimming of deleted files). Every time you delete a file, windows sends a TRIM command to the SSD with a list of the blocks in the file that were deleted.

I don't know why. but It doesn't hurt (in case a TRIM command for some reason didn't make it to the SSD for some reason - power out?).

Trim doesn't do anything to valid data or data in use. Recycle bin is protected folder. The SSD TRIM command simply marks the invalid data and tells the SSD to ignore it during the garbage collection process

I just keep expecting (hoping) to get a CU that finally fixes the defrag problem. Silly me, huh.

Good for checking and benchmarking also to make or brake Over provisioning partition and to enable Turbo mode if your SSD supports it, otherwise nothing else, I have it installed but not autorun.
