- With Dell Mobile Connect, you can seamlessly integrate your Dell PC with your smartphone. Dell Mobile Connect is available to download for free from the Microsoft Store.
- XPS Desktop is available in the U.S. and Canada today and across participating European and Asian countries throughout the month starting at US $649.99.

Yes Dell has degraded the tech support again. it horrible for the many that have sucky notebooks. I purchased the Business Pro Plus 3 years next day. The one issue I had that I couldn't figure out myself took a week and 5 different tech support people, before talking with the one switched on tech guy who figured out the issue in about 2 minutes. These were all Business Pro tech support people not the consumer Indian guy that the general public has to deal with.
some real nightmare stuff going on in the Dell support forums. Many people with brand new notebooks hinge breaking and damaging the Screens Dell says it user abuse. this seems to be 2 in 1 thin notbook that cant really be uses an tables anyway poorly designed hinges.
Edit I wouldn't trust any tech support guy to work on my notebook unless it a Mother board issue or anything else that I am not able to do myself. I but the Pro support for reason of no other way.

Who, Dell? When I was younger, my dad bought me a XPS. They came on the door with a fancy box, and almost every day up to that point they called my dad and mentioned the delivery time or if there's any delay. I believe it came two days earlier than estimate.
I still have that machine. That was years back, but I thought the support was amazing., but maybe it's different where I live.

Yes Dell has move all consumer products to India and China including Tech Support. They have regressed again. Seems Quite a few years back there product support got about as bad as it is now and Class action suite developed not sure about the lawsuit. But Dell made a big turn around in how they handled Support and were really great for many years. This has all change again. If you buy a Dell make sure it is a business system and that you want North American Technical Support.

I was hoping there would be an AMD Ryzen version. Intel is probably paying Dell to keep XPS systems Intel processor exclusive.
I wish I still had my Core 2 Duo XPS system. The case was gigantic, and it weighed about as much as a tank. But all the components inside of the case were extremely easy to access.
