Guess you can deactivate the update orchestrator service MS. Guess people took a 4th of July holiday - late-night comedians did as well.

It's funny though they released the server build and adk/winpe tools for 20165 today.

Strange how a one-day holiday can affect two weeks of work.

I guess they figured since the 4th was on a Saturday it was only right to take the workweek off

Here in N.J It's been to hot and humid. I work outside and when I get home I'm ready for the AC and a cold beer.

The summer breeze hits you in the face like hovering your head above a pot of boiling water!

When I get home, I wanna go somewhere cold and dark!!!

You don't want to be in that dark space too long, Edwin!

    Hi there
back in the pre-historic past when I actually had to "attend" an office (note I didn't say work) 5 days a week (how archaic that seems now - even long before covid-19) we used to have a whole load of consultants from places like "Accidenture" as we called them etc spending all monday fiddling time sheets, expenses etc and discussing travel problems they had getting home the week before, tuesday was a "normal" type day and then the rest of the week was planning and arrangements on how to get home on Friday !!!

For things like most I.T / Banking / Design engineering journalism and so on- the idea of having to be in an office 5 days is B/S maybe 1 or 2 is OK -- that's where small regional hubs / hotel centres etc will come into their own -- nobody needs those huge 100 stories high buildings or more monstrosities -- also see what happens when only one or 2 people can use the elevators at a time in a building designed to hold say 10,000 - 20,000 people --totally bonkers idea - the days of the huge open plan office are gone (and good riddance). Save zillions also on not having to pay huge fares on smelly dirty and overcrowded public transport for a daily commute grind and one can live in a nicer and cheaper property too --win win all ways round.

(Plus more time for logging on to this Forum !!!!!!).

@Edwin -- Hot in Iceland is anything over about 16 deg C !!!!! however sheer space, nice homes and magnificent scenery more than make up for that minor inconvenience !!!!

    Cheers
